Duties :
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the bar and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to optimize operational costs.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and bar areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications :
