Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) based in Santa Clarita, CA, with opportunities for some work from home. The CRA will oversee clinical trials from initiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring clinical activities, reviewing trial data for accuracy, assisting in site management, and fostering effective communication with study sites and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Clinical Trials, Clinical Research, and Clinical Operations
• Familiarity with protocol adherence and the ability to oversee protocol compliance
• Experience with research methodologies and oversight of associated activities
• Organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, or related discipline
• Experience in clinical research or a related healthcare field preferred
