Financial Services Project Manager

Responsibilities :

Partner with project teams and customers to provide delivery updates and escalate risks and issues as needed

Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional team members

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks in collaboration with technical leadership

Drive accountability and follow-through to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards

Foster cross-team collaboration, working across functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to achieve results

Apply systems thinking to create holistic, scalable solutions

Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum / Kanban) or Waterfall as appropriate

Qualifications :

Proven experience in technical project management, ideally with scalable platform, product, or service delivery

Strong understanding of technical risk identification and mitigation planning

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a quantitative and analytical mindset

High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and empathy for teams and partners

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Immerse Intake, and GSuite products

Experience with Agile and / or Waterfall project management methodologies

Bachelors degree and relevant experience is required for this role.
