Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in retail merchandising and retail master data to join our team. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing SAP solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize merchandising processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations, SAP modules (such as retail master data, MM, SD, and Pricing and Promotions), and a proven track record of implementing solutions that drive business value.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business requirements related to merchandising processes, including purchasing, pricing, inventory management, and sales.
• Configure, implement, and support SAP solutions tailored to merchandising functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across merchandising, supply chain, and IT to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Provide end-to-end SAP solution design, including functional specifications, workflows, and integration with other systems.
• Lead or participate in testing activities, including test script development, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training and documentation for end users to ensure effective adoption of SAP functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
• Stay updated on SAP innovations and retail industry trends to recommend improvements and optimize existing solutions
