Are you a passionate leader with a love for hospitality? We are looking for a General Manager (GM) to join our dynamic team in the heart of the hospitality industry! Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and business profitability.
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service throughout the establishment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for staff.
  • Provide strong presence in local community and high level of community involvement by restaurant and personnel.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry. Bar knowledge highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospitality management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Please note that this position requires the ability to work long hours, including late night and weekends, as needed

    This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

    Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

    This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. 50 + week!
