Sr. Structural Design Engineer

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a  Sr. Structural Design Engineer (C++ / C# / SQL) – Remote

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metal building engineering and pre-engineered metal buildings, with a strong understanding of engineering codes such as IBC and NBCC. Additionally, proficiency in C# or C++ and familiarity with SQL are essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the structural design and analysis of metal building projects, ensuring compliance with engineering codes and standards (IBC, NBCC, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop innovative solutions for pre-engineered metal buildings.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to create detailed design plans and specifications.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and reports.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Implement and maintain best practices for structural design and engineering processes.

Requirements :

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) and related software.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range- $120-140K / year range
