Receptionist II
The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls to the branch and routes to the appropriate person or department via PBX board. In addition, this position is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, vendors, and a variety of clerical duties that support the branch, including distribution of incoming mail, and preparing outgoing mail and pouches as needed. Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
