The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for analyzing, developing and implementing website, product & customer initiatives with a goal of maximizing conversions.You will support tech stack relationships, carry out day-to-day channel optimizations, and manage reporting outcomes..
Your role will be pivotal in building and maintaining a CRO roadmap, contributing to cross-channel business growth that aligns with business goals across other internal departments in Growth, Retention, Tech & Creative. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Operations, Channel & Funnel Optimization Support the end-to-end optimization of the website, mobile app & tik tok shop funnel to improve CVR, AOV, UPT, Checkout CVR & RPV.
Optimize website health in enhancing load speed & relevant insights, catering to top trafficked pages & customer events in navigation, filtering, search & customer journey to improve engagement.
Build robust cross-channel experimentation plans that correlate with the direction of paid traffic channels, email / SMS, organic and retention efforts.
Partner with UX / UI, tech & merchandising to implement A / B tests, personalization, and mobile-first enhancements, helping lead the Ecommerce team to execute online assortment, promotions and category strategies that improve CVR, AOV & core KPIs Help develop and execute an SEO strategy focused on improving organic visibility, rankings and qualified traffic for core product, category & campaign specific pages Audit technical SEO elements, work with tech to develop & address gaps, while monitoring rankings, organic CTR, impressions and search behavior to identify tends and new areas for experimentation & improvement Data & Analytics Maintain a strong analytics foundation consolidating all relevant data into a central hub across all A / B tests, funnels & 3rd Party data. Build & manage dashboard to monitor core channel KPIs and conversion metrics, funnel understandings, cohort analysis and LTV opportunities Analyze A / B test performance to best prioritize relevancy with business goals Identify profitable customer segments to create efficient cohorts in personalization strategy Landing Page Strategy Develop high-impact landing pages through detailed storytelling, merchandising and optimal creative to enhance customer experience, conversion and overall LTV growth Collaborate with creative, performance, marketing, merch & UX / UI to craft creative. messaging and page layouts that align brand creative & storytelling with a vision to grow cross-channel performance.
Continuously test content across all relevant platforms & pages to optimize performance.
Utilize session recordings & heatmap learnings to refine layout, placement & modules. Customer Journey Optimization Map the end-to-end customer journey across a multitude of events, metrics & levers.
Establish personalized journeys & efficient cohort analysis to provide product, creative and points to interest driving high CVR.
Partner with marketing, paid & retention teams to optimize messaging based on behavioral triggers & performing outcomes Collaborate with retention to conduct customer insights through surveys, reviews and post-purchase feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Ecommerce & Performance Marketing to align on channel insights, audience targeting & creative testing. Support day-to-day vendor relationships across all primary channel functionalities, involving platforms hosting search, product recommendations, post-purchase, R / E, Heatmapping, Merchandising, BI Tooling & more. Collaborate with Design, Merchandising & UX team to develop CRO-driven creative, page layouts and testing initiatives.
Partner with Product, Inventory, Merchandising & Operations teams to ensure proper placement and accuracy mirroring performance channels to meet business & brand goals.
Sync with Tech teams to understand clear requirements and understanding of website performance & technical measuring, to further implement accordingly within CRO implementation.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3-5 years of experience in Ecommerce and D2C Understanding of Shopify, A / B Testing & CRO Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail Proactive mindset with ability to work ahead of schedule Desired Skills & Attributes Proven track record of designing and executing successful A / B and multi-variant tests, leading to measurable increases in conversion rates Proven track record of managing day-to-day Ecommerce strategy, tech stack & roadmap Experience with CRO tools like Intelligems, Optimizely, Visually or similar platforms.
