The Role

Director of Home Sourcing Softlines

We are seeking a high-performing, US based Director of Home Sourcing, Softlines to lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy across our North America supply base. This is a critical leadership role that will shape the foundation of our domestic soft home supply chain and report into the future VP of Global Sourcing, Soft Home.

Success in this position means driving growth and execution across key Home categories, including rugs, utility bedding (pillows, comforters, protectors), and mattress.
