We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to kick-start their career in a supportive and engaging environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with our senior staff to help manage daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries for team members
  • Conduct research and compile information for project support

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
