We are seeking an energetic and motivated college student to join our afterschool program staff as a Step Team Instructor. This is a part-time position perfect for a student who loves the performing arts, leadership, and working with youth.
- Teach and rehearse step routines with students (grades 4–5)
- Incorporate lessons on rhythm, precision, and performance skills
- Prepare students for showcases, school assemblies, and community performances
- Serve as a role model, mentor, and motivator for youth participants
