Lead Production Technician

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as an Operations Lead. In this critical role, you will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive safe and efficient processes within our plant. You will act as a key liaison between production teams and management while leading efforts to maintain safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with significant experience in Steam Methane Reformer or Partial Oxidation Operations. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee the safe startup, shutdown, and management of abnormal situations in the plant.
