Ferguson is currently seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Lubbock, TX waterworks branch operations! This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong operational and financial competence.

Position Details :

• Reports to the Operations Manager
• Direct oversight of 7-10 associates
• Manages branch volume of $25MM - $30MM

Pay Range : $4,541.67 - $7,258.34 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
