Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - ICU to join our team at ATC Healthcare.

This position is crucial for delivering high-quality care to critically ill patients in intensive care units.

You will play an essential role in patient assessment, monitoring, and implementing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
