Duration of the Contract : 06 / 30 / 2026 with potential for multi-year extensions

Onsite or Remote? Candidate must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI).

NOTE : DWD prefers that the selected hire resides in the greater Madison area. The contractor must be available to work onsite in DWD Madison WI headquarters GEF-1 location at DWDs request, including consecutive weekdays or extended periods, without reimbursement for travel, lodging, or parking expenses.

Description :

The primary purpose of this contractual service agreement is to provide applications development

and support for various UI-related applications, with a primary focus on the SUITES, Benefits Claimant Portal, Worker Portal, and UIBNet applications. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates with business knowledge of Wisconsins unemployment insurance program and familiarity with State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards
