Duties & Responsibilities :

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

• Welcome guests to the bar and make them feel comfortable. Let them know that you’re there to take care of them.
• Enter food and beverage orders from guests and servers into the point-of-sale system.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with our drink recipes.
• Record drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt in the point-of-sale system
• Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges, or make change.
• Wash and sterilize glassware.
• Present Cantina Menu, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding beverages, food and restaurant services.
• Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food, drinks, and service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the bar area.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift, as management requires.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Be familiar with TABC and Alcohol Service policies.
• Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow bartenders and servers.
• Attend all scheduled team member meetings.
