  • Collect and package product in compliance with customer and quality specifications.
  • Perform setup, changeover and initial line clearance for assigned production line.
  • Inspect product for defects and deviations using measuring devices ( dial caliper, gauges, micrometer, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.
  • Ability to maintain complete and accurate production records.
  • Report any machinery issues to supervisor immediately and collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Cleaning and maintaining work areas to keep them free from hazards.
  • Perform other duties as required by business needs or whatever the company deems necessary.

    • Qualifications / Physical Demands

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a continuous basis.
    • Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
    • The ability to learn and perform tasks with On-The-Job training and guidance with opportunities for ongoing training and development.
