• This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Primary Care Physicians (PCP) can apply for this role
• Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 4)
• The group is offering the highest compensation in the market for SNF work
• $250,000 base and potential to earn $300,000
• Very minimal overnight call coverage
• 20 days of PTO
• CME : 3 days off and $2,000 stipend
• $3,600 per year towards your health insurance (3 plans to choose from)
• 401k with 3% match (max of $6,000)
