Positional Overview :

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing invoices and payments for the organization. They ensure that all invoices are accurate and paid promptly, maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist :

• Process and manage accounts payable invoices and payments.
• Verify and reconcile invoices and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation.
