Job Description

The Clinical Program Manager oversees patient care programs at a 145-bed pediatric and adolescent hospital and a 50-bed adult inpatient facility in Savannah, GA.

They are responsible for developing, managing, and directing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining survey readiness.

Key duties include staff supervision, program development, budget management, and quality improvement initiatives. The role involves hiring, training, and coaching clinical staff such as Therapists and Discharge Planners.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field, active license or eligibility (LCSW, LPC), and at least 2 years of counseling or social work experience.
