As a Trip Planning Consultant , you will support travelers by helping them navigate their itineraries, travel requirements, and updates. You will answer questions, offer helpful recommendations, and ensure that clients feel prepared and excited for their upcoming journeys. Your guidance will play an important role in shaping their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client requests via email, phone, and messaging.
  • Assist with itinerary changes, cancellations, and planning adjustments.
  • Offer destination information, requirements, and paperwork guidance.
  • Confirm travel details, send updates, and conduct follow-ups.
  • Provide empathetic, solution-oriented support when challenges arise.
