Ready to make a real impact? ProgressiveHealth is hiring an EMT-B, AEMT, or Paramedic to join our onsite health team at an H-E-B distribution facility in San Antonio, TX . This isn’t your average medic role, you’ll be part of a fast-moving team focused on emergency response, injury prevention, and keeping employees healthy and safe on the job. What will you be doing in this role?

• Respond to emergency medical situations on-site according to established protocols
• Provide injury care, medical triage, and escalation to higher-level care as needed
• Conduct safety checks and report health and safety concerns to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S) team
• Maintain and inspect emergency medical equipment to ensure functionality and readiness
• Perform drug screenings and other health surveillance procedures as required
• Collaborate with medical and safety teams to support injury prevention and occupational health programs
• Assist in documentation of medical care provided, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support clinical staff with follow-up care
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and the client about ongoing health initiatives and employee health updates
• Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies and ensure all equipment is stocked and operational
• Other duties, as assigned
