About the Role
Like an exceptional facilitator or advisor, be able to juggle multiple tasks, hold the team accountable, and keep everyone on track. A high-performance Project Coordinator will have an immediate impact expanding the relationships amongst our Clients (Facility Managers [FM]) and location Operations (Managing Partners (MP), General Managers (GM), Branch Mangers]. They will create high value business relationships with a broad range of Client Contacts (FM) and Concept Managers, effectively sharing our value proposition; specifically, Multisite Project Management and Constant Communication with all of them. As a result, we can expect a significant number of Clients to be turning to RFS for 80% of their appropriate spend in our category. A highly successful Project Coordinator will know the inner workings of each concept, communicating with the concept manager and Client in their language.
Responsibilities
Our Project Coordinators usually work in an office environment. The position has a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet project milestones. Flex time is encouraged to ensure proper work-life balance.
