This role reports to Global Partner Services Manager (Lead) in our Alliances organization. The Regional Service Partner Manager is responsible for developing, enabling, and managing delivery partners within their region to ensure successful, high-quality partner-led services aligned with CrowdStrike's delivery standards.

This role bridges CrowdStrike's global delivery strategy and regional partner execution ensuring that partners are trained, certified, and delivering measurable customer outcomes. Success in this role is defined by partner enablement progress, delivery quality, and partner-led service attach growth across CrowdStrike's Horizon Solution portfolio.

What You'll Do :

• Monitor and report on partner-led delivery quality, engagement milestones, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) compliance across the region.
• Execute the regional partner enablement strategy to ensure partners are certified, delivery-ready, and aligned with CrowdStrike methodologies.
• Support partners in developing delivery practices, attaining certifications, and improving delivery performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success to align partner delivery outcomes with customer success.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional delivery partners to drive attach-rate growth and delivery excellence.
• Provide regional feedback and insights to the Global Partner Services team to improve enablement programs, frameworks, and tools.
• Act as a regional ambassador for CrowdStrike's delivery excellence standards and partner ecosystem success.
