ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain the cleanliness of all public spaces, including the lobby, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and other assigned areas.
- Empty trash receptacles, dust furniture, clean glass surfaces, and vacuum carpets as needed.
- Replenish supplies such as tissues, towels, and restroom amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain housekeeping closets and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
- Adhere to safety, security, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe usage preferred.Positive attitude and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Regularly required to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds.Frequent use of cleaning tools and exposure to cleaning agents.Must be able to reach overhead and perform repetitive motions.Ability to work in varying temperature and environmental conditions.QUALIFICATION STANDARDS :
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred, but not required.Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
