Responsibilities :
- Input, update, and organize large datasets in Excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data formatting tasks, including sorting, filtering, and applying formulas to enhance efficiency.
- Review and correct data inconsistencies to ensure the integrity of information.
- Cross-check entered data against source documents for validation and accuracy.
- Maintain orderly records and documentation of completed data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies and gather missing information.
- Apply advanced Excel functions to optimize data management processes.
- Complete assigned data entry projects within established timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of formulas, sorting, and filtering.
- Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies with accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for high-volume data entry.
- Effective communication skills for clarifying data discrepancies and collaborating with team members.
- Familiarity with computer systems and standard office software.
