The Role - Overview

The Guestroom Attendant is an essential member of the Rooms Division and is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This is a union non-management position.

Essential Functions

This list is not all-inclusive and should only be used as an overview of all actual responsibility.

• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the guest room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom)
• Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
• Removes rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen
