I am seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal for a long-standing firm in Bethesda with widely respected lawyers. This individual will work closely with attorneys and clients on complex estate and trust administration matters in Maryland, DC and Virginia. Reach out today to learn more.

Background :

• 5+ years' of experience as a trust and estate paralegal
• Prepare probate fililngs including petitions for probate, inventories and tax returns
• Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• At least 2 years of college and Paralegal Certificate is required
