We are a well-established North Carolina family law firm seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution
- Advise and advocate for clients facing divorce, custody, support, and related matters
- Draft pleadings, handle discovery, and appear in court
- Work closely with a supportive team that values open communication and professional excellence
- Help clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with clarity and compassion

Compensation :
$120,000+ depending on experience & performance
Responsibilities :
Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move through the civil litigation processRepresent clients in court proceedings as neededManage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when neededAssist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of actionKeep client files properly organized and up to dateCreate legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of casesQualifications :
Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree requiredPrevious criminal justice or other legal background preferredMember in good standing and actively involved with the ABA (American Bar Association)Must have worked on family law issues for at least 1-2 years; handling of real estate also requiredAbility to successfully represent both plaintiff and defendant sides of a caseAbout Company
