Hours : 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) aligned with Central or Pacific time

Project : The role is for a Sr Project Manager II (Master Scheduler) on the HI HAP / EDW DDI Project. The DDI is at a critical stage with delivery of remaining deliverables and continuation of the customer relationship.

Responsibilities :

• Manage detailed project schedule for 10 workstreams and partner with State resources as needed to maintain integrated schedule
• Setting up / maintaining predecessor and successor task and milestones in the schedule
• Ensure project schedule passes all Federal checks (standards) and submitting weekly
• Resource leveling the project schedule Calculating CPI SPI BEI
• Manage project contract deliverables and artifacts tracking and submission to State repository
• Provide overall project management support including risk / issue management to ensure on time delivery
• Lead / attend 25 standing meetings each week; additional meetings scheduled as needed.
