Job Description

As a Bike Driver, you will :

• Interact directly with customers, providing outstanding service to ensure customer retention
• Use your own bicycle, lock, helmet, lights, and rack to make deliveries within a 1-mile radius
• Navigate using maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area
• Handle deliveries in various conditions, including adverse terrain and multiple flights of stairs
• Maintain your bicycle and equipment to meet safety standards, including proper lighting and braking systems
• Adhere to safety regulations, including wearing a Consumer Product Safety Commission ("CSPC") and / or American Society for Testing and Materials ("ASTM") certified helmet
• Access your tips daily, either in cash or through your paycard
