ØMinimum 4-6 years of Implementation and / or Support experience in Oracle R12 EBS Human Resource module
ØShould have experience in Oracle HRMS version
ØR12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 1 - 2 Implementations and / or Support experience on Core HR, and Self Service HR modules
ØGood understanding of Oracle HRMS EBS HR Security, Oracle Alerts, Oracle WebADIs, XML Publisher Reports, BI Publisher Reports
Øknowledge of SAP HR and SAP SuccessFactor Onboarding and Recruiting is plus
ØMust have prior experience on HRMS processes flows and gap analysis, provide solution design, perform POC’s and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
ØMust have worked on providing HRMS issues resolution and integrating Oracle HRMS modules with 3rd party systems
ØGood knowledge on HRMS data flow and HR standard interfaces based on earlier work on Implementation OR Support project is expected
ØVery good understanding of Support life cycle
ØMust have strong knowledge and hand-on experience in RICEW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Extensions and Workflow) development activities in HRMS modules
ØGood functional experience who can independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices.
