National Sales Manager

We're on the hunt for a new business development National Sales Manager to join a growing logistics team specializing in temperature-controlled LTL freight. You'll be the face of national accounts, the voice behind every cold call that lands a hot lead, and the expert behind freight solutions that keep products (and customers) cool under pressure.

This role isn't for the faint of heart we're talking fast-paced, customer-obsessed, and high-reward. Ready to grow a book of business, dominate the cold chain, and make your mark?

What You'll Own :

  • Be the go-to partner for customers moving temp-sensitive LTL freight across the U.S.
  • Hunt down new business with relentless focus cold calls, warm leads, and white-glove referrals.
  • Build, negotiate, and close freight quotes like a true closer.
  • Manage full-cycle relationships : from first hello to final delivery and everything in between.
  • Team up with ops to ensure flawless quoting, carrier coordination, and execution.
  • Stay sharp with cold chain trends know the market, own the lane.
  • Travel 1015% to shake hands, build loyalty, and keep competitors sweating.

What You Bring :

  • 3+ years in 3PL or asset-based sales (LTL + cold chain = bonus points).
  • A book of business? Even better. A proven one? You're our VIP.
  • Track record managing portfolios worth $2MM+.
  • Confidence using CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel pros, we see you).
  • Hustle, negotiation chops, and top-tier communication.
  • HS diploma required; Associate's degree preferred or Experience Equivalent.
