CBTS has been providing outpatient CBT since 2007. It is a fee for service practice. Our office provides therapists with their own office and is equipped with a large library of CBT protocol. Therapists meet weekly with the director to discuss treatment issues and provide ongoing support. The pratices utlizes a modern EHR system for electronic notes, telehealth, and communication with patients through a patient portal.

Role Description

This is a per diem, W2 postiion that offers a starting pay @ 90.00 / hr with a 3% matching IRA for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. The role is based on-site in Carlsbad, CA. The day-to-day tasks include providing clinical therapy services to clients, working with individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health issues. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Mental Health and Behavioral Health expertise
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, and appropriate licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus
