Experience with chain and dolly systems, as well as belt maintenance, is preferred. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Hourly Pay $20.00 to $25.00, with pay based on experience. Company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided. Tool allowance. Monthly bonus based on minimizing downtime. Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Car Wash Maintenance Technician for our 5 Chicago Illinois locations (Elgin, Matteson, Calumet City, Cicero & Beverly). The ideal candidate will have a background in car wash maintenance and electrical work, with a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Experience with chain and dolly systemsis preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Perform regular maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain chain and dolly systems, and belt maintenance.
- Ensure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and efficient problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support the overall customer service experience.
