Join the team as Twilio's next Senior Price Realization Strategy Manager.

This is a high-impact role, critical to driving Twilio's pricing strategy and developing key pricing operational processes. Your work will directly contribute to accelerating Twilio's business growth while simplifying the purchasing experience for our customers.

As a Senior Price Realization Strategy Manager, you will leverage your expertise in pricing strategy, analytics, and operational execution to support platform-wide monetization initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Monetization & Pricing Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping pricing and discounting strategies, experience building executive-facing dashboards in Tableau / Looker, and driving pricing operations to optimize revenue performance across the product portfolio.

In this role, you'll :

• Shape Strategy : Design price optimization strategies that accelerate business performance, incorporating considerations like price elasticity, product strategy, competitive differentiation, and financial analysis.
• Application Design : Responsible for designing and optimizing pricing analytics dashboards and business processes to drive strategic pricing decisions, enhance efficiency, and improve profitability.
• Partner with Finance / Deal Desk : Collaborate with Product, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to align on monetization strategy, ensuring efficient pricing execution across the organization.
• Analyze Data : Dive into sales, customer, product, competitive, and financial data to uncover opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale successful strategies.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Foster alignment and champion the implementation of strategies across GTM Strategy, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Qualifications :

This role will be remote, and based in Colombia. We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
