A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales). Key Responsibilities : Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts Capture, track, and manage leads using a parallel dialer and other prospecting tools Qualifications : 1-2 years of proven success in a cold calling SDR or inside sales role Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets Strong phone presence and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude Experience using power dialers, parallel dialers, and other calling specific tech
