About the role :
Catch Health is launching a DoD SkillBridge program to train and place transitioning Service members into Medicare Insurance Agent roles. You'll own the program end-to-end and run full-cycle recruiting to convert graduates into productive, licensed agents.
What you'll do
Stand up & run SkillBridge cohorts : design the training plan, coordinate with base Education / TAP offices, manage MoUs / approvals, schedule info sessions, and track outcomes (enrollment, licensing pass rate, conversion-to-hire).
Licensing & readiness : coordinate pre-licensing for Health / Life (e.g., 2-15 or state equivalent), exam scheduling, study cadence, and CMS / AHIP (or carrier-specific) certifications; maintain compliance documentation.
Recruiting : source candidates (military channels, referrals, events), screen for sales aptitude / coachability, run structured interviews, partner with hiring managers, manage offers / backgrounds, and ensure a great candidate experience.
Onboarding & ramp : build a 30 / 60 / 90 plan for new agents (systems, product, sales process, call handling), collect performance data (time-to-first-policy, quality / QA), and continuously improve the playbook.
Stakeholder management : serve as Catch Health's primary point of contact to installations and internal leaders; report weekly on pipeline, pass rates, and conversions.
What you'll bring
Experience running programs (military programs, internships, apprenticeships) and hands-on recruiting.
Comfort with compliance and documentation; strong coordination and project management.
Clear, confident communication with transitioning Service members, base partners, and internal leadership.
Nice to have : prior service or direct SkillBridge experience; Medicare / health insurance experience; current (or ability to obtain) Health & Life license within 60 days.
What success looks like (first 6 months)
SkillBridge program approved and first cohort launched.
=80% licensing exam pass rate; =60% cohort-to-hire conversion.
Stable recruiting funnel delivering qualified candidates weekly.
A repeatable onboarding / ramp plan that shortens time-to-productivity.
