Proficiency in CAD / CAM software and a strong understanding of machining operations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Program CNC equipment using Mastercam to machine a variety materials like Tool Steels, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Aluminum and Brass.
- Develop workflows and write efficient programs using CAD / CAM software.
- Set up and operate CNC equipment, ensuring conformance to specifications through precise measurement.
- Adjust machine controls, tooling, and operations for optimal performance.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
