Overnight Family Medicine Physician

A company is looking for an Overnight Family Med Physician (IMLC or NY, WI, IA, MN) 100% Remote. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician and refer them to specialists as needed Support patients post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions Required Qualifications Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine 3+ years of post-residency work experience A minimum of 2+ years of experience in an in-person primary care setting Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR Willingness to work a rotating schedule, 7 days on, 14 days off
