We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Office Manager to lead our team and help grow our State Farm Agency. This role combines leadership, customer service, and sales-ideal for someone passionate about helping people while running an efficient and professional office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day office operations and workflow
• Lead and motivate the team to meet service and production goals
• Handle customer retention efforts through proactive outreach, follow-ups and account reviews
• Service existing clients by addressing billing, claims, and policy questions.
• Sells and cross-sell State Farm products including auto, home, life and health insurance.
• Support new team members training and development.
• Ensure compliance with State Farm policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records, office supplies, and support basic admin needs
