Program Manager Real Estate Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team to assist in the management of a construction program. The ideal individual will be driven and have prior experience supporting construction programs.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate construction programs ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies.
• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of construction projects ensuring they meet quality timeline and budget requirements.
• Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients contractors and project teams providing guidance and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental (HSE) policies and quality standards.
• Provide project management advice and support to project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support the effort to win new work by participating in bids for project management scopes of work.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers fostering their professional development.
• Monitor project performance and provide reporting on key performance indicators.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Additional Information :

The salary range for this full-time role is  $100K-$200K  per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
