Digital, Mobile and Analytics Manager

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for a Digital Manager in North Haven, CT. This is a Contract-to-hire opportunity that offers outstanding benefits.

• Partner with executive leadership to define and implement a digital and analytics strategy aligned with business goals and member needs.
• Oversee mobile platform projects, integrations, and vendor coordination while ensuring compliance and user-centered design.
• Lead the development of reporting dashboards, analytics tools, and internal applications that support data-driven decision making.
• Establish agile processes and performance metrics (KPIs / OKRs) to continuously improve digital channels and member engagement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on digital platforms, advising on technology enhancements and business intelligence initiatives.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, mobile platforms, and data analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with banking mobile platforms is mandatory.
• Experience with a banking core is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute transformation roadmaps.
