Experience :

  • 6-8 years of experience (preferably at the enterprise level)

Skills & Tools : Must-have :

  • Figma (advanced features : auto layout, responsive design)
  • Ability to consume and apply research insights

    • Nice-to-have :

    Experience with design research tools, such as : UserTesting

    Optimal Workshop

  • Understanding of human-centered design
  • Background in insurance or financial services (not required, but a plus)

    • Portfolio Expectations :
