Outbound Calls : Conduct calls to potential clients with the intention of generating interest in our insurance products and securing sales.
Client Engagement : Develop a rapport with potential clients, addressing their queries and concerns to understand their needs better.
Product Knowledge : Keep abreast of the latest insurance products and their features to provide accurate information to clients.
Sales Conversion : Identify sales opportunities, turning potential leads into established customers by matching their needs with our offerings.
Document Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales processes to ensure data integrity and seamless follow-up.
Feedback Gathering : Collect valuable client feedback to aid in refining and improving sales strategies and service offerings.
Requirement
Previous Experience : At least 6 months of telemarketing or customer service experience.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Telephone Etiquette : Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
Customer Focus : High level of professionalism and an ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
Motivation : A positive attitude and self-motivation to achieve targets and goals.
Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.
