Business Analyst (Document Management Systems)

TITLE :   Business Analyst - Audio / Visual Systems

LOCATION : Remote

PAY :   Target pay for this role is $60-70 per hour but may vary based on experience

ENGAGEMENT TYPE :   5-month contract (with potential extension)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead the rollout of new AV user-interface project using established PM / BA best practices

Analyze existing AV workflows, pain points and requirements; recommend UX and process improvements

Serve as liaison between IS division and business stakeholders; feed priorities into the corporate project plan

Drive change management : negotiate scope / deadlines, develop and deliver training for both technical and non-technical teams

Provide production-support and root-cause analysis for AV applications in the live environment

Advise on vendor solutions—evaluate feasibility, participate in negotiations, ensure technical fit

Stay current on industry standards in AV, business analysis, and project management

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of combined business-analysis and project-management experience

Demonstrated change-management leadership on technology / system improvement projects

Strong stakeholder-engagement skills : requirements gathering, negotiation, and training delivery

Comfortable troubleshooting Oracle SQL queries and using tools like Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Visio

Bonus : hands-on experience with OnBase (or similar DMS) and document-generation tools (K2, xPressions)

Insurance or workers’ compensation industry background is a plus
