May telecommute one day per week. Work with team to envision the concept story, project narrative and graphics for concept presentation. Assist team in space planning and furniture layouts. Little local travel to visit client sites may be involved. Applicants may be required to submit a portfolio. Must have Bachelors in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field and 4 years relevant interior design experience. Also requires the following skills (4 years experience in) : working with building and ADA codes, and HCAI (OSHPD 1) regulations; applying healthcare interiors requirements; developing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) schemes; interpreting interior construction documents, including floor plans, floor finish plans, elevations and details, finish schedules, and furniture plans; FFE specifications, FFE matrices, and budgets; developing, communicating, and presenting design concepts and strategies; computer-assisted design and digital communication software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Miro, Affinity Publisher and Affinity Photo; Rhino; MS Office; 3D software, including Sketchup; rendering software, including V-Ray and Enscape; and Adobe Creative Suite.
