Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team on a part-time basis, with potential for increased hours.  The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in training our staff in preparing and completing accurate estimates for commercial, government and federal contracts.

KEY RESPONSIITIES :

  • Train and mentor staff in estimating procedures and best practices
  • Prepare and review detailed, accurate estimates for commercial construction projects
  • Analyze blueprints, specification, proposals, and other documentation
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of local market conditions and pricing trends

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in COMMERCIAL construction estimating
  • Proven track record of high accuracy in estimating
  • Strong knowledge of all commercial trades nd construction methods
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore,or similar)
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Detailed oriented with exceptional organizational abilities

    • QUALIFICATION :

    BACHELORS Degree in Construction Management, Engineering  OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
