Description : What We’re Doing
Our Team, the Modeling and Simulation Contract for Framework and Tools (MASC-F) team, is engineering, developing and integrating new capability for the Missile Defense System that currently protects the United States and its allies. The team develops the Objective Simulation Framework and RepBox tools to support the modeling and simulation needs for the Missile Defense System.
The Work
Work with the Chief Architect and deputy to ensure an integrated system solution is planned and architected. Create and update SysML diagrams for the RepBox architecture.
Collaborate with the MDA to ensure requirements and design considerations are managed and provide software guidance to the agile development teams.
Experience with Java / C++ coding languages, object oriented architectures, and object oriented design is required. Experience with Data Links and Comms, modular Open Mission Systems architectures, integrated development environment including debugger tools, networking, requirements generation, and systems interface development is highly desired.

A successful candidate must understand and be dedicated to the MASC-F mission including Missile and Space Defense. The successful candidate will need to utilize good communication skills and good organizational skills to facilitate collaboration across the many organizations necessary to accomplish challenging missions.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
