Previous experience supervising clinical teams preferred. Strong clinical skills in IVs, injections, and admissions. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. We are partnering with a 24-hour rehabilitation center in beautiful Santa Monica to find an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team full-time on the 3 : 00 pm – 11 : 00 pm shift, providing vital leadership and clinical support to staff and patients during the evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Supervise employees on the 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm shift, including CNAs and LVNs.
- Administer IVs, injections, and handle patient admissions.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.
- Support and guide the care team to promote a positive, efficient work environment.
